Human Behaviour oleh Dr Alizi, pakar bidang Psikologi dari Universiti Islam Antarabangsa (UIA).

How to change human behaviour with the apps? Sesuatu yang baru supaya design akan mudah diproses oleh otak pengguna. Di mana perlu letak teks dan gambar, sebelah kiri atau kanan supaya apps mudah diproses oleh otak?

Alhamdulillah Dr Alizi memberi pendedahan yang sangat berguna kepada peserta dalam membangunkan apps.

Sesi Selasa

Lawatan ke SKMM dan berjumpa dengan Hj Roslan, acting Director SKMM. Beliau memberi taklimat tentang dana untuk industri kreatif. Menurut beliau, dana RM100 juta untuk tahun 2011-2013 disediakan, tapi masih kurang content developers. Satu pendadahan yang baik untuk mereka yang terlibat dalam creative industry.

Sejarah & Perkembangan Pemikiran saintifik Al-Biruni oleh Dr Nor Zalmiah dan Sumbangan Inovasi Saintis Islam oleh Dr Salwani. Antara isi pengisian tersebut adalah:

Tiga fasa penting
 

1. Fasa formatif - perkembangan pemikiran islam sehingga 950 m

2. Fasa gerakan penterjemahan

3. Fasa appropriation & transmission - selepas abad ke-10

How to prepare business plan by Tuan Yaacob Tuan Sof. Topik yang dibincangkan meliputi:

1. Necessary qualities of businessman
2. Starting a business
3. Business Planning
4. How to raise capital

Cashflow Game oleh En. Mohamed Rizal Abdullah.

Para peserta telah diperkenalkan kepada permainan "Rich Dad Cashflow" (boardgame) yang mendedahkan peserta kepada dunia busines, samaada bermain saham/pelaburan/hartanah dll.

Permainan ini asalnya dari US dan cukup terkenal di kalangan businessmen dr seluruh dunia.

Peserta dipecahkan kepada dua kumpulan, dan Mardhiah telah jaya memenangi permainan ini. En. Rizal mengatakan itu ialah satu pencapaian yang hebat.

Sesi Selasa

Pemikitan Sistemik oleh En. Fazrul Ismail (Total Success training and Consultancy)

Sesi bermula dengan sesi perkenalan dan kemudian lebih kepada perbincangan. Sesi ini menekankan pemikiran secara menyeluruh dan realistik dalam menjalankan sesuatu kerja dengan efisien berdasarkan apa yang disarankan oleh Quran dan Sunnah.

Sesi Rabu

Sharing Session oleh Amir Razelan yang didatangkan khas dari Silicon Valley, USA.

Peserta-peserta sangat berminat mendengar kisah pengalaman Saudara Amir Razelan yang sudah lama tinggal dan bekerja di Silicon Valley. Ternyata perkongsian ini amat berguna kepada peserta yang baru menceburi bidang ini.

Minggu Kedua (8-14 Julai)

PROPOSAL 1 – MEMORIZE QUR’AN

• Make different levels according to their level of maturity/ages. 
• For example : kids - we have simpler version or more funky way

• For ads-on, try adding some features such as a box of information. 
• Add a slot "Tahukah Anda" - give a simple story about sahabah that memorize qur’an at the very young age, it will motivate them more. OR add some another useful tips to memorize or (pantang larang) if we want to memorize qur’an.

• Please arrange it according to juzuk and surah as already stated since it makes the application more user friendly.

• Make sure the application is user friendly.

It’s very useful. Especially to people who wishes to know and understand Qur’an by heart.

PROPOSAL 2 – ISLAMIC TIMELINE [FOCUS ON PALESTINE] 

• If you have more time, can you make that story in cartoon way? OR maybe having a storyteller to verse the story orally. And not just only the user have to read. Make an option. Sometimes, people like to listen/visually see moving pictures than just read it.

• For ads-on, try adding a simple video of people’s view on this issue. There’s a video on Youtube that focuses on Korean’s view about Palestine. Alhamdulillah, it captures people’s attention.

• Good job on preparing the donation feature or maybe you can add an online application for volunteering or donating for Palestine. (co-work with Palestine related organization)

• If possible, can you add a place where people can leave their messages for Palestinian?

• Show the good side of Palestine! 

At first, I’m not clear about this application as I wonder the news about Palestine is already here and there and we have so many information about them. However, I realised not all the news can be trusted and some people just want to read all about Palestine in just one site and the source must be trustworthy.  So, Mabruk!

PROPOSAL 3 – MUDAHNYA BACA

• First, if the user already finish recognising one letter at the time, is there any practical tryout for them? 
• For example : add a short storybook?
  

• Add some interesting music to make them attracted.

• For adds-on, try giving some options for the user to choose their own graphic interphase.
•  For example : Flower season OR different colour, perhaps?

• Give rewards to them. 
• For example : if they finish it within 1 second, give them trophy award. OR cartoon sticker. So if they want to have many collections of sticker, they have minimize the time or wrong mistakes.  (visually seen).
• As for punishment, there is no punishment, right? But try adding some confusion for right answer. It adds a lot of fun in there. For example, we have blue ‘b’ and white ‘b’ but the only true answer is blue ‘b’. So, if they click on the other one, the balloon will explode? (this is just a rough idea of mine)

Without knowing the letter clearly, people have to work harder to read. And I have a friend who is having dyslexia at the moment but she proves that she can be as excellent as other ‘normal’ people. It’s a very an excellent proposal, indeed.

PROPOSAL 4 – TIDY MUSLIM

• The concept is very good. People right now wants to find some refreshment in characters.

• The time is very limited. But, can the user decorate or choose their own design for the room?

• For adds-on, put a simple informative box "Ummi/______ kata". This functions as to give some additional tips on how to organise room. Make it simple and fun.

• Add interesting music to enlighten the mood. 

I will occasionally play if I have time since teenager like me always likes to play games even it’s more to children.

Minggu Pertama (1-7 Julai)

Alhamdulillah, program Let's Create Apps 2012 telah berjaya dimulakan pada hari Ahad, 1 Julai yang lalu dengan kehadiran 4 buah kumpulan peserta yang akan menjalani usaha menghasilkan Apps masing-masing.

Seperti yang telah dinyatakan, program ini akan berlangsung selama 5 minggu. Untuk minggu pertama ini, para peserta akan didedahkan berkenaan Story Board yang akan membantu mereka merangka secara detail apps yang bakal mereka hasilkan nanti. Slot berkenaan Story Board ini disampaikan oleh Pn Hafiza Abas

Dikongsikan beberapa gambar yang diambil sepanjang minggu pertama yang lalu.

Penyampai slot minggu pertama, Pn Hafiza Abas sedang melakukan personal coaching dengan peserta perempuan.

Peserta-peserta lelaki sedang berbincang berkenaan Story Board yang bakal mereka hasilkan.

Peserta paling dewasa, saudara Zulhilmi sedang membentangkan pelan awal Story Board beliau kepada Pn Hafiza dan peserta-peserta lain.

Giliran saudara Husaini pula mengambil tempat untuk berkongsi Story Board kumpulan beliau.

Saudari Mardhiah sedang menerangkan Story Board kumpulannya.

Slot terakhir untuk minggu pertama tamat pada hari Jumaat. Semua slot yang disampaikan telah dilakukan pada sebelah pagi bagi memberi ruang setiap kumpulan melakukan perbincangan pada sebelah petang dan malamnya.

Keesokannya (Sabtu), majlis perasmian dilakukan bagi menandakan bahawa bermulanya program ini secara rasmi. Program Lets Create Apps 2012  telah selamat dirasmikan oleh presiden PERINTIS, Prof Zain yang datang daripada Johor.
